My only thing is the ref gave a yellow as thats what he thought it was. For VAR to hold it up for 2 minutes so he can change his mind is what the issue is. That's the problem with VAR.

It should have been a red. However it wasn't exactly a clear and obvious error.

Allan was out of control and should have red first off but when it wasn’t I am not sure that it was a clear error and that’s why the sending off wasn’t correct
