The shape should have been changed at half-time. That's my issue with Ancelotti today.

Yeah definitely not outclassed. It was obvious - like the Sheff Utd game - that it was gonna be a 1-0 from about the 5th minute.

We had the moment of quality the other day. Today West Ham had the luck.

But, if we want to go on and achieve things, you don't lose that game.

Thought we missed Big Mick at the back. We defended ok, but he's the only centre back we've got that can break the lines with his passing. Very underrated in that sense.

Can’t believe Carlo continues to throw on Tosun late in games. It’s beyond pointless. Might as well just play with 10 men. Like what does he expect him to contribute?

We are very unbalanced with only one full back in the team. Without LD I’d rather Carlo didn’t play Coleman.

The rest were terrible. I'm particularly frustrated with Richarlison - lazy.

West Ham setup to frustrate, knowing we didn't have the quality of balance to force the issue. They did it well.

We got sucker punched and we fell right into it.

Our performance was terrible, but West Ham never, ever deserved a win there and we've gifted them it.

Expected to win after a period of good form results? Check.

Players, fans and club media getting a bit carried away with form? Check.

Home game against a team of cloggers who look like they've come for a point and normally get turned over at goodison? Check.

Oppo goalie injured in warm up and replaced by someone who hasn't kept a clean sheet for 3 years? Check.

Opposing 30-something centre backs being made to look like Cannavaro and Maldini? Check.

Everton players looking entirely devoid of passion, energy and skill when faced with a chance to go second? Check.

Late opposition winner with a hint of fortune? Check.


Never change, blues.



All that being said, this is such a weird season and it's going to continue to be. We've won some points we didn't expect to. Not surprised in a way to see us drop some where we didn't expect to. Everything is FUBAR.
