I should be looking forward to this and thinking it will be a fairly straight forward and comfortable home win but I can honestly see us losing yet again. Everything is broken from the club hierarchy, medical and training experts, manager and team and even if he finally changed it all up which lets be honest is extremely unlikely, he will still have a squad of players that couldn't be assed fighting their way out of a wet paper bag.

COYB's though anyway LoL. lol

Just reading the BBC Sport preview for Saturdays game.
Makes depressing reading for us and Mr Silva.
  • Everton could lose five consecutive league fixtures for the first time since October 2005, when they equalled the club top-flight record of six straight losses.
  • The Toffees are also on the cusp of matching their club Premier League record of three consecutive home defeats.
  • Only Watford and Newcastle have scored fewer goals than Everton's six.
  • They have the worst second-half record in the division, only managing one goal and failing to outscore their opponents in any game after the interval.
  • Everton have conceded a league-high 22 set-piece goals since the start of last season.

But Marco does look nice in a suit on match days!

How is he still here? What a pathetic club we are.

The only result we dont want on Saturday is a draw, we need the win for the points, but if we get beat that should be Silva out, which is also important. However a draw, 1 point wont help much in the relegation fight and not losing might save the fraud his job for another week.
Win or lose, either way we win, just dont draw.

A typically flat 12.30 kick off culminating in former everton bogeyman yarmelenko or some other striker breaking a 12 month goal drought to put Silva out of his misery as the boos ring out.

How can anyone defend that record

I think Marco's painted himself into a corner to be honest. The time to experiment was Sheffield United or Burnley - he could easily have played a more attacking lineup in either of them and may well have got a better result. West Ham though are a decent side that could pick us apart if we change too much, so we'll stick with Schneiderlin and try to sneak a 1-0.
