Was watching United Spurs before. Alderweireld is brilliant with the ball at his feet. Just comparing his distribution to Jagielka's is hilarious. Our captain fantastic likes to smash it out of play or directly to the opposition, while Alderweireld is spraying 60-yard passes to teammates left, right and centre.

Going to be down to the lads in the crowd to turn this around. Let the manager know we need to change our game plan. For the good it will do.

He doesn't know how to get a team to play any other way and we have a non-existent midfield. There's absolutely no one in the middle of the pitch. Barkley is too far forward and McCarthy and Barry are both too far back when our defense is in possession. There's no pass on and as a result it just goes side to side until it gets lumped up to Rom who couldn't win an header against a midget.

He needs to get either Barry or McCarthy off and bring on Osman and start getting them passing faster.

What Domingo said was ridiculous but not the part about Barry. I honestly have no faith in anyone's judgement that thought Barry played well that half. He literally had at least five times where he without looking just smashed the ball forward and every time we lost the ball. He badly needs replacing and I really wish Besic had the head to play 90 minutes.

He played almost all of our forward passes, mate.

Which was admittedly about 4 in total, like.



Ultimately I'm a firm believer that singling out players in a team that is just so utterly woeful from head to toe, is a futile endeavour. No one would look good in this team. Our tactics are poor, our fight is lacking and they all look lost. All the time. Roberto Martinez is the man to blame.
