...and Chico, spot on with the Guess Who reference with Tim Howard. Used to play that game with the kids (years ago now). You really do possess an enormously evocative previewing talent...thank you mate!

...with a dash of Marc Bolan.

So, perhaps more of a thin white T-Rex than a giraffe?

DEFFO looks like Marc Bolan. Fella above him to the right looks like Glen Frey from the Eagles.

It'll be difficult this, but no doubt these days we'll go for a win rather than a draw - SMASH THESE, BLUES!!!!!!!

Team picks itself for this one, think RM is correct in saying a win here for us would send out a message. Thankfully don't have bale to worry about but they still have a very very good squad with some excellent players.

Howard
Coleman jags Distin Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mirallas Barkley pienaar
Lakaku

Anything could happen in this game, truly don't have a score prediction. Whoever clicks on the day I suppose.

This would be my starting XI as well

Crikey did Admiral make some crap kits. Good preview as usual Chico, 3-1 to the blues Lukaku a brace and Baines from a set piece.

...love those pictures they are really great for stirring the memory banks. The one of Dave McKay doing the knees up reminds me of when he absolutely wiped out Jimmy Husband at the Old Lady. McKay was hard as nails and poor Jimmy was never the same after that tackle. I also remember Alan Gilzean because he was a classy centre forward in the Berbatov mould. Funny that we play the likes of Hull and folk expect the worst, yet there appears to be a feel good factor about this one. The Racing Post tipsters can't make up their minds, one tipping us and the other suggesting Spurs are better away from home. Their threat is clearly on the break and we will have to be at our very best. I'm not predicting, just hoping.

Well in Azul. Good piece sums up the relationship between us and them. I don't mind Spurs at all. Bit more switched on than most of the bellends that support Lahndan teams.
