Anyone that thinks Lineker is "in our corner" need to change the batteries in their Carbon Monoxide detector, how many times do you reckon he's been back to Goodison to watch us since he left, excluding when working ? cos I'll bet it's countable on 1 hand.
He showed his colours in the 86 World Cup when he knobbed off to Barca, who incidentally weren't the Barca of today, they were gash and had little chance of winning their own league never mind Glory in Europe.

He didn't want to go, and terry Venables said he was surprised Everton didn't raise the price after the world cup. I used to have the Gary Lineker vhs ;-)
 
This has to be the most nervous I have been for a run of the mill game early in the season for a very long time.

This is it, as somebody mentioned the cliche is judge us after 10 games and we will be ****ing 2nd if we win.
