Apparently the possibility of either side going second with a win just isn't worth a mention on MOTD - nor our odds to win the PL.

I don't dislike Spurs, but in my lifetime they've always been media darlings for seemingly no reason.

So it's always slightly sweeter than your average victory, for me, when we beat Spurs.

Up the Toffees.

This game is probably my favourite fixture of the season. Rekon it'll be 3-1, Lukaku and Mirallas with the goals, and a penalty for them.

I think it may be a high scoring game tomorrow: both teams can go clear in second place, so the incentive is there; and I dont see either backing off and trying to get a goal ahead and hang on...not in either side's make up.

3-2...for one of them!

Very often when the carrot is there teams freeze and are unable to take advantage. I would hazard a guess that we'll cancel each other out.

personally they should be hung out to dry regularly for constantly underachieving. Just listing the star players they've had in the last 5 years and the best they've done is to qualify for the champions league once?

can't believe nobody ever lists them as underachievers and the bottlers they are when it comes to the big games at the end of the season

Haha, well summed up, and hopefully this hasn't changed.
Get into them blues ffs!

We need to get at these little carts right from the off.

Don't give that cart Soldado an inch, and give that cart Sigurdsson a kickin' as he's started the season on fire.

The cart Vertonghen will likely be LB, i.e. not his preferred position so let's set Seamus on him and put him on the backfoot.

Barry needs to continue his mean streak against the Brazilian cart Paulinho, and let's hope McCarthy can continue looking ace.

Lukaku, get as 'um son.

Come on Blues.

who else but butters?

just watched highlights from last season, you forget how we absolutely battered them. dempsey's deflected goal and siggurdson's shot off the bar aside, everything from the highlights reel was ours, coyb
