I think it may be a high scoring game tomorrow: both teams can go clear in second place, so the incentive is there; and I dont see either backing off and trying to get a goal ahead and hang on...not in either side's make up.

3-2...for one of them!

Early goal please lads and we can smash these Spurs carts.

Massive game for McCarthy and Barry tomorrow... their midfield is superb; Paulinho needs to be shackled.

I hope we can use our full backs to put them on the back foot, as opposed to ours being subdued with THEM attacking.

i will apologize now lads.

as i'm going down the boozer with a few mates to watch this and i cant remember us winning one game when ive watched everton in my local.

Could be the key. We've been pretty subdued of late in getting them bombing on past defenders consistently. I should imagine Spurs will have been working on putting a spanner in the Lukaku-Mirallas-Barkley machine in preparation for tomorrow, so it could open up for them.

Hopefully we'll be "singin' the Blues cos Everton win and L******l lose."

It would be just magic to be 2nd after more than a quarter of the season.

I no mate, that's why I said it. Baines hasn't been performing recently in the attacking third (well, to his extremely high standards at least) and Coleman hasn't done anything of note in the opposition half virtually all season. But we all know they are both excellent, so hope we see it tomorrow. We're the home team, and should go into the game favourites. Let's push them back, from the off.
