What would you give to have Gueye to partner Gomes in midfield. unless you play a bona fide tackler with Gomes you are forcing him into playing more defensively and ,perhaps understandably, he is a little tackle-shy.

Not just tackle shy. He’s slow. Can’t fix that. He needs legs able to cover for his deficiencies.
