I don't like the sack culture around us at the minute, but if I was a club owner, I would let every manager I hire know that we don't rotate goalkeepers at this club unless it's to drop one, or for an injury/suspension. And if you do rotate the keeper for the sake of it, I will hand you a hand written p45.
