I agree in the main, but if he can't control his emotions to the extent he is sitting there in tears, with the exposure that gets, I would just be worried about what that means for him.

He looks under obvious strain, and doesn't seem to be coping.

I've witnessed the barrage of abuse Ross takes every match at Goodison - one loose pass and they're off....groaning, shouting abuse. I'm not surprised his head is a mess.
