Our DOF is a joke

I think you may find it's the players that are a joke, they come here with big reputations and crumble.
DOF is just an excuse, level it at the coaches and players.
The place is riddled with ex players getting a wage they are not qualified to be taking.
Get some outside the box thinkers in to change the mindset, this way of operating hasn't worked for years.
