Midfield hasn’t been great but opposition has been very sharp. For me Gomes Isn’t adding much. Would love to win this but tweaks are needed to get our better players more in the game.

They are also playing against us and since the 90s they´ve always raised their game in this fixture. Think people underestimate how much this game means to them as much as it does for us.

I have to say that Everton is going to be champions. Why? Because how can you play the first half like that and still come out with a 1-1 tie against a very good and world-class side. Everton really needs a goalkeeper. He should have been given a red card. You can't have a player like that always putting your team in danger (nice save though). The midfield is nonexistent for the Toffees. Allan and Doucoure are lost. Gomes is playing? James is off his usual magic. Richarlison as always running but making poor decisions, DCL is a non-factor. I'll say Digne, Keane (great goal) and Mina are playing OK. Actually, the new kid Goofrey did alright too, but you can't have your defenders be the best players on your team because that tells you something about the game. I hope Carlo is making the necessary adjustment for the second half.

They are a very slick football team with a massive point to prove. We need to keep concentrating and take our chances when they come.

We're lucky as the Pickford Virgil thing could've gone the other way. Would've been a proper Everton that moment

Their keeper is looking a bit shaky. We need to keep playing down the wings and get as many crosses into their box as possible
