Found this on youtube. I love discoveries like this. Earliest known footage of the Derby.

just brilliant! I downloaded the full match of the recent derby that ended 3-3. It was such a good game, I planned to burn it onto a DVD. Since I have yet to do that though, I think I will download this video and add it to the DVD as bonus footage! thanks for sharing!

The match official, Archibald Clattenburg tried unsuccessfully to get the result overturned due to Liverpool having to wait another 80-odd years to field 5 substitutes. He did however award Liverpool a penalty for an Everton defender placing his arm in the mouth of the Liverpool wing half, Ludwig S Wares

News arrived after the match that Everton were looking for a buyer for the club. The chairman confidently stating 'Watch this space'...The said space was to be turned into a boys pen 50 years later

Amazing to see that, even though over 100 years ago stil recognise Goodison. It is just something about the place you know immediatley. Well done Johnny.

AndyZ, no way will you get the match on a dvd unless you compromise quality, might need 2 or more.
