You’re right. I literally checked the Leicester website 15 minutes ago and it was saying Saturday 1st 3.00pm, it’s now just changed to the Monday..

Send them a sharply worded email or letter pointing out that their negligence has caused you loss and what are they going to do about it. If nothing else it might make you feel better getting it off your chest.
