I feared this would happen when Fat Sam was appointed manager of Everton. He has made absolute c##p acceptable at the School of Science.
Barkley won't play for us again. When we get players like Coleman, Bolassie and hopefully Barkley back, along with a couple of signings in January, i think we will see a different stlye to our play.
At the moment Sam is stuck with what we have available, but he is making a better fist of it than Koeman or Rhino did.
Feeling optimistic Mikey? i am...at last.We could actually be on 32 points if we win the next two
Considering we were sinking without trace about a month ago, that's some going
Fair play to Allardyce. He wouldn't have been my pick but he's thus far beaten the teams worse than us and snatched a point from the better ones
If he keeps this up we should be fine come the end of the season
Well there`s two words I never thought I`d see in the same sentence - " Martina " and Defending " lol
If Moyes had delivered that unambitious plop today he'd have been massacred on here and rightly so.
If he had done that in his 5th or 6th game in charge, after being hired to sort out a mess and a potential relegation scrap? Really?
But we aren't (currently) in a relegation scrap.
Going into today we had 25 points - same as we had after 19 games last year and qualified for Europe. We approached that today like a team with 15 points from 18 games.
After recent results today was a free roll and we spent the entire match wellying it.
He had many, many years of no pressure and the luxury of assembling his own teams during that time though. BFS has only had a month or so. I’m happy with the pragmatism for now because it’s exactly what was needed considering where we were heading. Let’s see what happens with January transfers and returning players - should be looking to improve the play then, defo.If Moyes had delivered that unambitious plop today he'd have been massacred on here and rightly so.
Or 3 wins and two draws to safetyFeeling optimistic Mikey? i am...at last.
That's how I'm looking at it mate. It was looking iffy for a while, and I'll admit I was very very worried.Or 3 wins and two draws to safety
Still got a point though mate , they've hopefully learnt they don't have to park the bus every game nowBut we aren't (currently) in a relegation scrap.

I'm still looking at the gap we're opening up at the bottom, before I look upwards. Thanks Ronald.
If Moyes had never lost a game in charge then no, no he wouldnt be.If Moyes had delivered that unambitious plop today he'd have been massacred on here and rightly so.
