Why are you making such stupid arguments after a good win?

Just pointing out that the way we played today after scoring a goal is the way to go. This is the way you take the game to the opposition who on paper are far better. This is how you bring a young lad on and give him confidence, not bringing defenders on in injury time and still conceding like Moyes.
Its not stupid, its simple and now we will kick on from here.

I honestly think Martinez's move to take Jelavic off for McCarthy and Stick KM up front won us the match. It occupied the Chelsea defenders more when they were frankly camped in our half and it looked like a matter of time. From that moment on, while Chelsea naturally were on top for the most part, they looked less dangerous and weren't getting to our defence as easily.

I'll happily eat humble pie today. Barry was superb. Naismith was very good, albeit he did give Chelsea the ball on countless occasions.

A fairly poor start now turns into a decent start. Need to build on this.

Happy Blue tonight. Get in.

Who was it that said Naismith was nailed on to score today?

Great performance from all.
Barry's now my kinsman.
Baines is the reason I wake up of a morning.
Really we were lucky not to concede today but whatever, nevertheless I felt we shut Chelsea out pretty well.

Well in Everton!

quick question

should mikel have been sent off, looked like a blatant block against barkley at the end there and he was the last man? already on a yellow as well, could have been a second yeller.
