Strange game. For all their huffing and puffing and possession BHA didn't have many chances and only scored by a fluke deflection.

Not a bad goal by Miko considering the majority opinion on here is that he never crosses the halfway line.

I went for DCL as MoM as he won everything in the air, just disappointing there was no-one picking up the second ball. So one point instead of three but I'll take that.

They were all over us.

If almost like people have forgotten this squad almost went down last season, and Brighton apparently are the second coming of the 1970 Brazil team if you believe this forum managed by a manager who makes no mistakes and is one step ahead of everyone else in football. Is Dyche supposed to be so good that he just batters them (for the second game in a row?) and if he doesn’t he gets a load of pelters for being crap?

Can’t it just be a more mild criticism - Dyche clearly set us up well for the first half but being out of possession for so long leads to some very tired legs (especially after a mid week game) and a bit of an earlier substitution of a couple of players might have helped us reduce the pressure down that right hand side they were focusing on and given us a higher chance of scoring a second on breaks.

What changes is he going to make that prevent them scoring from a lucky deflection? There's no one on the bench that really changes that game or the pattern of play. We limited them to a stroke of luck, so it goes. It's a good point.

We know his limitations. He won’t change. We are picking up points now and it’s not going to be pretty to watch. The possession stats are horrific.

Anyway MOM Mitoma, for us probably Mykolenko as he rarely got beat and scored our goal.

Centre halves weren't troubled, Gana was ok, as was DCL in his very isolated position.

Everybody else pretty rubbish.

But we had more shots and shots on target than they did. With a quarter of their possession.

And they scored with a deflection which their possession made possible. City win things cos they have the ball
