Bumped into Bennie Mcarthy in Cape Town waterfront and asked him if he was joining us.. made some comment that made it seem like it was definitely on the cards

Most gutted ever was not signing Manny Fernandes. Him, Arteta, Pienaar and Cahill were just the best midfield I had ever seen in Blue since the 80’s

Scott Parker .. was my favourite player not playing at the club. Would have fitted us like a glove. Not sure why it didn’t happen.. think Moyes didn’t want to pay the high Agents fees
