Third choice keepers are irrelevant and are mainly there just to help train the number 1. Pickford was very good last season so why bother changing it?

The only problem with that is, this being Everton we'll wait until deadline day in the hope of some cut prices, but a lot of our priority targets will have already moved to new clubs, and we'll be left panic buying our X, Y & Z targets

We have to tell clubs that we have a bottom line and we are not going to budge

He will be on like 2k a week. Virginia and Tyrer have both gone out on loan. He is last resort cover. Hardly a disgrace.

Wouldn't expect much activity until the squad are back from America now. It's probably one of the last opportunities for Lampard & Co to look at the squad and pull the trigger on one or two.
