….he’s been a critical player for us these last 18 months and a major reason we remain in the top flight. I get the impression Dyche is as frustrated as many of us with Doucoure’s lack of quality in possession (substituted a number of times late this season) but he can only work with what he has.

This reminds me of when Sissoko was a critical player for Spurs because they were so injured that they couldn’t really put anyone else in to even do a passable job otherwise. It wasn’t because he was a good player.

In my opinion Niasse and Kone were 2 of the most horrific Strikers we have had in my time supporting this club.

At least Niasse gave the impression of really trying and caring. An ounce of skill would have made a world of a difference!
