Been torture watching him so far at Brighton. Level of player that should have been unattainable for us and he was pushing for the move. I'm sure it will be one of those we look back on and say can't believe he almost signed for everton.

Agree we have to do something accept reasonable bids for DCL any of Maupay, Holgate even Doucoure to get two or three in. Probably not realistic but we have to be proactive.

Genuinely I’ll be furious all things considered. If that deal went through initially we would have solved the DCL issue, addressed our lack of pace on the wing and had plenty of time to find a replacement for Dom. We’re considerable weaker if this goes through now

Failing to replace Onana was a poor choice imo. The club thought signing players (Lindstrom & Ndiaye) who can play in multiple positions would be suffice if they pushed Docuoure back and have iroegbunam as cover.

They really all need to go if any of them even think Docuoure can play deeper not a chance
