Baines is finished.

Coleman is the only defender we have that I rate. Who knows what shape he's going to come back in but even if he comes back at his best that still doesn't address the other 3 glaring weaknesses in that back line.

Why should Lookman and Vlasic play?

Very happy with this signing and have always classed him as a quality player. Going by the ridiculous amounts of money players are going for these days, 20 million is cheap and good value imo. Our attacking options are starting to look a bit more tasty now thankfully.

Need a left back urgently now and we might start to look like a half a decent team again. Any left back will do me. If he is experienced and left footed (lol) it will be a big improvement from the 3rd choice right back playing in that position currently.

Rooney and Siggurdson need to be central. I just don’t see why at home we can’t have one holding mid, Rooney deep creative midfield, Siggurdson at ten, then a front three of Tosun with two wide men.
