I've not seen anything like enough from McAleny to warrant a new deal. He was beyond shocking in the Tranmere game, one of these with a fair turn of pace but he's like a rabbit in the headlights on the ball. Could come good with some time in the Championship but for now, we need another striker, we've no quality cover for Jelavic.
