Anybody else having problems with this. We ordered a training top and training jacket for my nephew for Xmas. We ordered them on the 18th November. Nothing has arrived. We tried phoning Everton but gave up after being place on hold for an hour. We tried phoning Evri which was just impossible. Is anybody else experiencing this ? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated

Ordering from the online store is a nightmare.

I ordered a hat in summer and 2 months later it hadn't arrived. I raised it with the store and they said it was now out of stock and refunded me.

3 weeks later the hat arrived.

Cheapest out there. Changed their name from Hermes because they were so crap last year. Before that they were Yodel
