TBF it would improve us - I think a midfield of him, Allan and Doucs would have a lot going for it. I was not that much of a fan of his when he was here but as ideas go it is not completely ludicrous, providing we don't go down the no.10 idiocy route again.

It would be more realistic if he was free and a hefty chunk of his wage would still need covering. Otherwise swerve. Why get rid of Brands and still do daft deals with very little value for us?

I cant see any sense in paying a fee. I mean if a loan was available, where we named what we would be prepared to pay on loan, you can make a case.
