OMG

That's what I am getting at ffs

If we sell for 20m then it proves the manger wanted him sold

We're not going to sell for £20m, what part of that don't you quite understand?

Martinez said the following when his clause expired ""As you can imagine, for a manager that gives you a real sense of celebration when that day arrives."

So having said that, why would he then willingly sell for £3.5m less than the clause ffs?

Well this time next week we will know won't we

What you say in the media and what you actually do are two very different things.

As somebody else said, expect 'undisclosed fee'.

I agree. If he goes for that type of money and we pay 12m for McCarthy then clearly he feels McCarthy was the better option for us.

Ste why would they give us 30m when they could have had him for 23m a week ago

Simply mate because Utd fapped around and tried to get other targets in therefore switched their attention to plan B too late to get him at his release, their fault not ours that they pursued fabregas like dicks with moyes typical dithering its now a case of hes running out of time, if he wants him now, then tough **** he has to pay more, close to the deadline it always shifts to seller having more power

Correct answer.

Forget the media perception, Martinez comments were that of a manager who was relieved that he wasn't going to lose a key player for £23.5m, as he obviously wants to keep him - unless daft money appears.

Taking less than the buyout clause, would be a total **** up by the football club, as we'd not be maximising the value of our asset & we'd be leaving ourselves open to being abused over buying a replacement i.e. it serves as no benefit to us whatsoever.

Or

Utd do not rate him at 24m and will only offer 20m with add ons, Balls in our court then and it all depends if Martinez/Board want to cash in

As I said this time next week we will all know

Martinez said Everton does not need to sell our best players given our finance.

I wish Kenwright grows some balls and thus telling his mate to Koff. If Man Utd and Moyes are not willing to pay £25m up front for Fellaini then they can Koff. This is ridiculous, the media is making us like we are desperate to get rid of Fellaini, begging the mighty Man Utd to take our best players. They really can go and fk themselves the media.

Why should we have to accommodate Man Utd? Just reject the bid and we keep Fellaini for another season. He still got 3 years in his contract.

Let's bid £10m for Rooney.

If Carzola is worth 18m then Fellaini is not worth 20m

Del mate theirs a reason cazorla went that cheap tho lad, malagas sugar daddy pulled the plug and they had a fire sale, they payed like 21m a year before and then he had a blinding season with them, without the financial collapse he would have been well over 30m, incidentally pointing out the fact everton never seem to capitalize on stuff like that due to having 2p budget a year
