I went to Santiago about 10 years ago and the following day Everton were coincidentally playing in Santiago. Before the match i was interviewed on Chilean TV asking me why i was at the game. I pretended id flown all the way from the Uk just for the match. Anyway we won 1 nil and i met 3 chilean lads who took me out in santiago all night despite us not being able to speak the same language. THought id share some pics as my wife really isnt interested

haha my better-looking half also long ago gave up feigning interest whenever i talk everton.

I was over in Belfast one time and a team called Milford Everton was playing in the Irish Cup preliminary round.

My cousin refused to take me when I said I would like to go....they are in Armagh.

They are now known as Armagh City FC.

Incidentally, I believe one of the original Everton trustees was from Armagh although doesn’t seem to have any connection to Milford Everton.

They are a split club now, the original club is now known as Dublin City while the Home Farm name got revived and now play in the Leinster Senior League
