We do seem to be doing that, playing awesome and then once the job is done so to speak step off the gas and try to stop the other team getting back into it rather than go for more.

Its betetr than simply sitting in out 18 yard box and hoofing it to no one but its still a little bit risky, Villa got one back and hit the post, Swnasea could easily have scored 1 or 2 and again today Southampton had decent chances to make it 3-2.

Little bit worrying but whilst it works sure ok but when you;re doing that but still giving up chances you;re relying on the other team missing them rather than anything you do.

Thought Seamus was very good today both defensively and offensively. MOM for me, just ahead of Fellaini.
Mirrallas looked really lively in parts and Ossie put in a good shift.

That Jelavic fella isn't as good as he was....took 3 touches to score his first! Obviously still not fully fit :-)

Best laugh of the day was Brenda Rogers after match comments on Radio City..."Glen Johnson played great at left back for me today...but he's the bets right back in the WORLD"!!!!! Not even the best in Merseyside.

At Olympiacos, the side Mirallas was playing (usually the left) would usually be exposed by the other team on the counter badly. Luckily we have Xolebas, the best left back in the league to help cover him, but he weakens the side he plays on defensively just as he severely increases the side of the attack he resides on during a game.

We could have really done with this player again Arsenal next week. Loan him back to us for a CL game?

Yea, I'd heard much the same from a couple of Athenian mates. Moyes and his coaching staff will be working on that.
Ta leme meta

Bored to tears by that second half.
I'd be happy to be 3-1 up at half time and bored for 45 minutes a few more times this season !!
Evertonians, we love to moan :)

Dont know why i posted, wasnt eeven finished... We were good for 20mins in the first half, then senod hafl we were a mixed bag, should have got more but also conceded. We looked shattered.

We were good for 20minutes.

sluggish for the 1st 20 mins, looked boss for about 22 mins, was tired the last couple of mins,
2nd half was a professional job, take it easy. just kill the play let them try hurt us. we contained it.
