The decision gets worse every viewing....
People saying young makes the most of it, of course he does....if he doesn't the ref will.just ignore it....

How many times have we seen salah and co go through their Olympic routines to bring stuff to the refs attention....

Maguire himself was throwing himself all over the place to try and get a pen

I honestly think from hearing former refs saying Goodison is intimidating and the crowd shout for everything that referees walk onto the Goodison pitch esp if we are playing the so called big teams with the mentality that they won't let themselves look like the crowd are intimidating or influencing them into decisions and go totally with the opposition
Not the first time this has been hinted at

Sometimes we complain that they're wasting time showing too many angles here it would have been justified, the fact that they didn't show the most glaring angle throws the spotlight on them and leaves them wide open to all forms of criticism.
The club need to give them all forms of criticism but we wont because we are spineless, Other clubs make a massive fuss over 50/50 decisions not going their way that Ref's are handing 70/30 decisions in their favor as they'd be worried about the fallout for not giving it. Liverpool are still fussing about the Derby, that kind of BS has got to be on the ref's mind, Teams that whine more get more.

Moyesy will noise them up.

We lost momentum when Lindstrom went off and Moyes was too slow reacting with subs. He hasn’t made many mistakes since returning so can be forgiven for having an off day. United seem to be our bogey team regardless of how hopeless they are, so perhaps a point isn’t the end of the world. VAR is an abomination.

if anyone had any confidence left in VAR that shattered it.
not showing the ref the correct angle borders on cheating
i hope the 3 involved are suspended and fined that im afraid is all we can hope for.
Moyes handled it brilliantly in press conference.
It did not border on cheating...
It was cheating
In plain sight of all and sundry.

Moyes didn't learn from his subs Vs Spurs when we tried to lose a 3 goal lead. As soon as I seen Young coming on in that Lindstrom position I said to my mate the same will happen here that happened Vs Spurs.

The ridiculous VAR decision at the end has got Moyes off the hook for that one.

Whoever was in VAR obviously was working against us. The check for our 1st should have taken 15 seconds max, but it took 4 mins to try and find something to disallow it for. I'm contrast the check for their 2nd took about 5 seconds.
