Could and should have been three points but for silly mistakes. Jags saved a certain goal. Jelavic not firing as he should. Naismith's movement and contribution good and glad he got his goal. Miss Piennar. With a sharper ref and lino Suarez would have been red carded for the stamp. Better than a defeat.

Loved Osman's performance. We needed a cool head out there and he stepped up, using the ball really intelligently, cushioned headers into feet, and just making himself available really. Simplistic brilliance from the little man.

Also, that co-commentator was hugely irritating in his bias. Eff me, it was almost unlistenable.

He'd imply in a snidey manner that putting your body between the ball and the opponent before getting wiped out was basically cheating but all he could say about the racist's attempt to tear Distin's tendon in two was that he couldn't see 'why it was necessary'.

This, but also the bravery he showed after the farce of his booking (and the goal that came from it). There was a challenge he made on Gerrard in the second half that was absolutely outstanding.

I think that if Mirallas doesn't pick up a knock, we end up scoring another goal or two. He was downright unplayable down the left today. Gueye on the other hand hardly offered anything, nor did Oviedo. We better hope that he's not badly hurt, because I think Moyes may have found himself a top quality winger.

Mirallas looked better on the left than he has done in recent games at RM. It leaves Moyes with a bit of a problem as obviously Pienaar is first choice there.

Been in and out reading the comments. Wish I could have watched it :( glad we got a point.... Thanks for commentary..

We will beat them black and blue in Anfield....
