We need to make sure we don't go overboard, it's a poor performance in line with the quality of players we have at our disposal. Moyes has managed to get enough out of them to save us but we are in dire need of new quality players. Moyes also needs to see when things aren't working and be prepared to change it.

Doesn't work like that as they need to work it so that referees aren't officiating teams from their local area, or teams who are rivals with the team they support, etc. Still, this particular cart has been absolutely terrible so far today, no idea why it's a continuous topic for us but we often appear to be up against 12 men this season.

I mean it does work like that, 3 in 11 matches is inexcusable at any level. If it were just one ref with a record like that it would be one thing, but its not...
