It is disappointing to lose any game and to bow out of the FA Cup at home for the last time ever isn’t good. However there was no points at stake and it won’t affect our league standing. It gave David Moyes another chance to access what he has at his disposal. The big picture is staying in the Premier League, provided we start next season in the top flight this loss will not be meaningful. I never expected David Moyes to come in and win every game, I didn’t expect him to win a trophy, I do expect him to improve us and there is no doubt he has already done so. If will be baby steps until we get new personnel on the field.

What is good to say? I`m not going to make out everything is rosy and better than it is, this club has got at least a decade of rebuilding for it to get back to anywhere near where I`d be happy for it to be. If you can be happy going out of the cup to a team that has beaten us 3 times this season and be heppy that we more than likely stay up I`d suggest you have the club you want.

I want more and I want more people to push the club to be the best it can but so much of our fanbase are just happy with how it is.
