It doesn’t come more blatant than the one DCL got denied at Anfield this season. Didn’t even go to VAR despite him being tackled from behind. League is corrupt.

The fact that it wasn't even referred was the worst part of it. After all the small things that have been referred this season.

Perhaps this will be known as the 'empty derby'. They are in a no win situation here too - any win is completely tainted.
This will be more like a training match, unless the 9 subs can do some chants!

I simply don't want them winning the league at Goodison (empty or not), the winning goal and players celebration will be played again and again and again for years to come... It's historic for 2 big reasons, Liverpool winning the PL for the first time, but will also always be associated with the Covid pandemic...

I hope they win it off the pitch, like Leicester did, with Man city loosing, atleast that will rob the media of that historic highlight moment which they would replay at nauseam....right now they have no Aguero (or Kompany) type iconic moment to define their title win

Just checked the betting and we are kin 9/2 to win - awful price considering our mounting injuries and our awful derby record.

Steering clear of that was expecting atleast 6/1

We won’t win, but we won’t lose either. None of the teams are going to be up to speed from the off, you look in Germany and Portugal there’s been a mix of either draws, high scoring games or upsets

Liverpool will be up for it, Klopp excepts nothing else, and they are the only team really motivated to return...in germany, Bayern are top and comfortably won the first couple of games. Dortmund have won theirs too..

Lots of results will be weird, because midtable teams won't really care, and lower teams are of terrible standard...before it stopped, this had been a very poor standard season. The break will only make it worse...
