I cant see anything else other than us getting done in the backdoor with a cactus! They will win by 4 or 5 clear goals..... So what if we have Ancelotti because we still have these spineless frauds who constantly let you done. Remember our last game getting hammered at Chelsea 4-0 without so much as a whimper. The RS are on another planet compared to them, I dont think playing at an empty Goodison will help us at all.

Everybody is in the dark here, it's an unprecedented situation. We wont know until much later what the benefit/disadvantage of playing or not playing friendly games is and it may be that it works for some teams and not others.

We're in the best possible hands as far as our leadership and coaching goes so we just have to trust them to do their jobs.

Next season if you could pick one of the following what would it be:

1. We finish 8th, lose both derby games a good 3-4 goals to the good but we win the League Cup

Or

2. We win both derby matches with the last one being the final game of the season at Anfield in which a 90th minute winner on the counter seals us a top 4 finish at the expense of the Kopites

What would you prefer boys?

2 is very tempting but I would have to go with option 1 - would love to see us win a trophy.
