I would rather that we did get a few more points. Take the risk factor out of the equation. And yes......we have another point.
So let's now beat Norwich City. And I for one am happy. Maybe then I can relax......And try and enjoy the rest of the season.
Our players might also enjoy the rest of the season. Pressure off and all that.
Pulling away from the bottom teams (for me) is better than getting pulled towards them. Up The Toffees......
I hope we win every game mate. But just saying relegation is not a worry. We have 11 points more then West ham, Bournemouth and 12 more then villa. Them 3 teams may not get 12 between them

Carlo is the greatest tactician EVER to work at GP. Our players on the whole are not as good as theirs, but we kept our shape and didn't concede. Get a few better players, and keep hold of Carlo and he'll win something for us.

surrender the midfield, foul around the box and take your chances w/ Richy/DCL was the right call. got a bit lucky their free kicks were dreadful, but they got lucky we didn't nick it.

This title win'* is getting like the horsepuncher's takeover isn't it.

This week? next week?
Next month?
August?

we have been close to winning a few of these 0-0 derbys, today those few quick chances and that Tosun chance in last minute a year or so ago

from BBC

Everton are the only Premier League side to remain unbeaten on home soil in 2020 across all competitions (P5 W2 D3 L0).

The average age of Everton’s starting XI for this game was 24 years & 356 days – the Toffees’ youngest starting line-up for a league match against Liverpool since February 1986.

While that is promising and looks good on paper, it is much easier when you are only playing in one competition! Lol

We will see mate, I think he likes a deep compact back four, but as you say that might change. Thought Digne, Keane, Coleman and Holgate were brilliant. Davies and Gomes to defensively it’s a hard system to stay disciplined in when it’s not your natural game.

Was a win for good tactics today, without Carlo I think we loose today.

He did this to them with Napoli earlier in the year.

Is right.

5 wasn't it? Part of the pathetic rule changes they brought in for the spoiled brats to cope
christ dave are you suggesting there is a law of the game that applies to them?
Probably, about 8 I think.....

Someone earlier said 6 subs allowed but I did think it was 5
...unfortunately...

They used 5 subs, Chamberlain came on at half - time mate, so the game wasn't stopped for him to come on, therefore they didn't break the 3 windows allowed for subs during the game rule.
