Absolutely turgid in final third. Only positive I can take is that we did actually play some football at times rather than just hoof, seemed a different tact to play out a bit more.

We’re ok defensively but my god we need to start to score some goals. Praying Broja and Chermiti are able to hit the ground running.

we aren’t even ok defensively mate

any team scores
we fall part

The lack of attacking tactics and players not having a football for the majority of our matches, and also clearly in training, was clear to see today, especially after the sending off. The negativity from the manager has pervaded the entire team.

Aside from Illy, who is getting more and more fed up by the day, we are totally clueless in attack, and do the same useless thing over and over again.

Playing percentages and aimless crosses and corners into the box time after time, square passes going nowhere, and no urgency, pace or movement at all across the pitch. There are no leaders on the pitch and absolutely none in the dugout, which considering the age of some of our lads is pathetic.

To not bring another attacker on as soon as the second half started was criminal from Dyche, and again two subs and game management shambolic.

Fair play to Brentford, but it’s yet more points dropped.

Were bang in trouble and right in the relegation mix, so We’re gonna have to win some of these gruesome games in December, I just can’t see where we will.

Praying we do and three other teams are worse, draining.

That's what it has come to at this lunatic club. We're hanging our hopes on lad who has been injured half a season and never really cut the mustard as a "goalscorer" in the Prem along with a kid out the Portugese league who has a handful of senior appearances to his name and no goals.

Chermiti, Broja, DCL, Beto: subject to a surprise, I doubt there's many goals in that front four.

The sad thing is Chermiti was looking promising. Injury has probably turned him into a clogger knowing our luck.

Tactical buffoon. Does he not study the opposition? Look for weakness?
Plays same way against every team hoping for 0-0.
Frank clearly said to his two midfielders " run your hearts out as long as you can, close them down, and when you're done, I'll replace you with fresh legs"
Our muppet leaves Gana on until hes falling over when he tries to run.
Its like hes watching a different game. Mind boggling

Only watched on the box but the crowd sounded very flat to me.
I think we’re at the point where there was little expectation of a win even when they went down to 10 men.
I suspect the Doomsday Dyche Clock is about 5 seconds to midnight atm.

I think the crowd is worn and tired. We all know change is hopefully coming but it's like we're waiting for a dying dog to pass.

I left with my youngest at 60 mins today as I was fearful it would get nasty if we went behind. Lots are just going to spend time with the lads and have a drink.

Were all sick and tired of going and not trying to win the game. It's probably made worse by the fact we want to enjoy the remaining games at Goodison but can't because of how much of a knife edge the whole thing is on.

I don't get the whole Broja the Saviour thing. He's a player who's coming back from a long-term injury so I don't expect him to hit the ground running. Chermiti looked decent before he got injured but he's still inexperienced. Can't put everything on him. Sigh, it's just looking abject right now. Old Trafford next. Fantastic 🙈

Was saying at the match today, the lack of technical ability and basic footballing intelligence is shocking. Leon Osman would walk into this side and look like prime Messi amongst this bunch of oafs. Poor old Ndiaye must be pulling his hair out. Not one of them are anywhere near his level technically or mentally. None of them seem capable of anticipating a pass or a cross from him.

Had a few decent games in pre-season which really doesn't count for anything, and I personally saw nothing whatsoever to be impressed about in the handful of token run outs he got last year (all factors considered); but ya know, young player, could improve a lot under the right coach so I'm not writing off a kid whose barely kicked a ball... but if anyone can turn him into a clogger its Mr Hoofball who just wants his strikers to be Chris Wood/Ashley Barnes/DCL types who do nothing but "put themself about a bit".

I think you'd need your head examined if you think Dyche is going to give much game time to some young lad with little Prem experience ("isn't Premier League ready") and is just coming off a ~6 month long injury ("he's not fit / he's is fit but not fit enough to be on the grass / he's fit enough to be on the grass but not match fit / he's match fit but not fit-fit" etc etc).

In his last full season he got 6 goals in 32 for Southampton. Hardly Haaland 2.0

The only thing I want to see Leon Osman "walk into" is a combine harvester, if that was him I had to endure on today's live stream commentary. Jesus wept, whoever that voice was had me praying I get a Michael Owen audiobook for xmas.
