number4.

Player Valuation: £15m
It's a little thing, but shows the systemic failures of the club. We cant even sack someone properly.

Left him waiting for 10 hours, players trying to leave FF & told they have to stay, press confirming sacking before club. What was wrong with a conference call at 0900, agree decision and send a pre-prepared press release / Tweet at 0930.

How the [Poor language removed] are this lot going to build a new stadium, garner consensus on players, squad direction never mind a new manager.

You don't understand employment or contracts obviously.

Don't be such a patronising clown - all that work should have been done in the background and ready to go. Look at Liverpool for example. When the sacked Brendan Rodgers, it happened within 30 minutes of the match ending.

Wrong that’s when they announced it. Rodgers would’ve been there all day/night or even the next day with his agent sorting his stuff out. We presumably just did it the other way round.

which to my point was sloppy and unprofessional. Rip the bandage off I say. It's reflective of the general lack of preparedness on display from the club.

Well unfortunately stupid comments deserve stupid replies.

Obviously the club hadn't intended on sacking Silva immediately after the Liverpool game. But after that result his position became untenable. Over night calls between directors to decide his fate. Talks about who takes temporary charge. Talks about how quick they can decide on a new manager and get them in place. Talk to Dunc about taking temporary charge. Tell Silva he's fired. Then sort severance pay with his lawyers. Tell the players. Then announce it publicly. It's not a farce. People look to rip the club to pieces whenever possible. Instead of bawling rubbish. Take a moment to sit and think things through sometimes first.

The club have done absolutely nothing wrong here, some people just want to use everything and anything to moan about the owners.

To be fair, we are all still all dazed and confused after the 5-2 debacle. It's a good time to rant at everything associated with EFC.
