im told of Arsenal with the EL and finish six, then 8th place qualifies for the EL. It would be the second qualifying round meaning six matches just to reach the group stage.

Is this correct?

I like Europe, it's up to the management and coaching staff to ensure we are prepared and have a squad capable of taking it on. i hate all the excuses every time we flop. Getting into Europe should be our minimum aim, Utd got in the CL because of the Europa league it's not to be sniffed at in my opinion. Saying that can't see the gunners beating Athletico away to be honest.

Same it will just be another excuse for us to give as to why we aren’t performing. I purposely think the club have been doing everything to make sure they don’t finish in the Europe league places

Don't want Europe. We're not even close to be being ready.

Massive season ahead (if, and it's a big IF we're rebuilding) and Europe league is nothing but a hindrance...and in our case this year..an embarrassment.

While it would be entertaining to watch Sam cope with being in a league that you can't get relegated from or reach 40 points, if he's still manager I want as few games games as possible thanks
