Imagine flying to Baku to watch Ozil disappear and Toreirra lay it off sideways 30 times while Xhala actually tries to hold the midfield together on his own. That team isnt that great past those excellent forwards.

He has done absolutely nothing wrong. Couldn't have done anything for the goals and made some very good saves. Players in front of him have been woeful this half.

The list of players I'd take from Arsenal just to put in our team for a single game is basically Lacazette, Aubameyang, Ramsey, Iwobi and Xhaka. I don't think the rest improve on players we have at their positions. They finished ahead of us purely because those forwards are SO good.

He was at fault for the first somewhat, a younger keeper gets down faster and probably keeps that one out of his near post. That goal was the pivotal moment of this final, it absolutely knocked the wind out of Arsenal and Chelsea have ruthlessly finished them off.

I might seem like I'm being harsh but there should be absolutely no room for sentiment in a game as important as this was to Arsenal's season. Emery has badly over-thought this, I'd be furious if I was a supporter.

Agreed, Aubamayang and Lacazette are absolutely quality. Also I genuinely think their defence are the worst in the premier leagues top 10
