Player Valuation: £50m
Pot 1: Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine

Pot 2: Germany, Italy, England, Russia

Pot 3: Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Sweden

Pot 4: Denmark, France, Czech Republic, Republic of Ireland


Should be interesting.

Ireland and England to be in the same group. Nailed on.

I was going to say Germany would make the semi. We had to pick 3 teams to back for 2010's World Cup - I said Spain, Holland, Germany and I'd say them again for next year. Can't see anyone beating Spain in one of the big matches though.

Ans Sweden will make the semis in a massive surprise.

I'm digging this up in a few month's time to take my glory...

If we gonna make that final, I personally would prefer to play Spain over Germany. They really are quite awesome at the moment.
 
I just hope Spain dont win it. Hopefully the new close rivalry between Barca and Real will kick in.

Not really anymore. At least certainly not as much as we used to do. That rivalry was more down to the older generations and WWII. Our pride got another major blow at the 74 World Cup and we had to wait till 88 to get our revenge at the Euro's when we beat them in Hamburg.

Settled down a lot since that time, as there are not that many of the older generation left and most of the ill feelings between the two countries have disappeared. More of a healthy rivalry now I guess, seeing we're neighbouring countries.

That would be my dream draw , prob end up with Spain Germany and Portugal , either way its just nice to be back in the hat for one of these .

Well that's something I didn't know. Thought it was still a Greece/Turkey England/Germany type rivalry.

Apparently Pot 4 will be drawn 1st of the remaining 3 pots, so we will find out which of Poland, Ukraine, Spain or Holland we have straight away. Seems everyone wants Poland.
