….i have little or no interest in them, I’m convinced there’s an agenda with selection just as there is in PL. Dave Hickson told me this was the case back in his day and I fear we’re back there again.

Restricting selection from ‘teams playing in Europe’ is just a crazy limitation to put on yourself but says everything. I hope they qualify to have an interest in the finals but beyond that I’d draw the curtains if they were playing in my back garden.

I’m no big England fan but Everton have got a player who’s a starter, Palace have players in there, Henderson got in and Ivan Toney got a shout from Saudi… Kind of ends the teams playing in Europe shout instantly
