Tilt/Maria Naylor - Angry Skies (Terrestrial VOX Mix 2) [01.40.41] ?

Snagged a Tilt vinyl a few days ago, t'is a good un. Naylor put down a ton of top notch vocals around the turn of the century.

Where you finding your more modern stuff? (guessing not on vinyl nor in Nation) This all average out just under 138? Also which of your mixes is your 'go to' - by that I mean, Oakenfold Liverpool University 1999 is a touchstone 2 hours for me. Gets a whirl fairly regular for sentimental reasons and because for its time how epic it was in that field.

Yeah, Tilt were great. Love that early 2000’s prog. A lot of prog trance/prog house crossover stuff. I’ve included a few on here like James Holden, Lemon8 & Bedrock.
I’d add Quivver & Probspot to that list as well.

For modern stuff I listen to a couple of good podcasts. Solarstones ‘Pure Trance Radio’ is a good one as it covers a wide range of the sound, from the prog end up to the more uplifting stuff. I like pretty much all of it myself. Trancefix.nl forums has a good new releases section and there’s a few labels I like that I keep an eye on like the Pure labels Trance/Progressive/Neon, AVA, Lost Language (Got an original tune and another remix of my own coming out on this label in the near future), Anjunadeep, Armind, Coldharbour recs to name a few.

Fav set, I don’t have it anymore, but used to have this Oakenfold @ Cream from about ‘99. Had so much good stuff on there, Oakley & Osborne remix of Olive -Not Alone, Atlantis - See you in the next life, The Source - Fly Away.
And this beast of a track:

Own that Matt Darey banger a few times over.
