Until Martinez' final months, I always felt that despite how poor we were as a team, we always had a squad who gave 100%. Now I don't feel that way, and haven't since the end of that 2015-16 season. Even last season we went on a 10/11 game losing run before Christmas where the effort was questionable, and ended the season with a whimper when 5th and 6th could have been aimed for.

Who hasn't pulled their weight in terms of effort at various points this season? Vote for as many as you like.

For me, Schneiderlin, Williams and Rooney. Although I think the likes of Keane, Sigurdsson, Baines and Jagielka have let their heads drop far too easily and lacked the fight to get us back in the game when up against it.

I`m sure the clubs have a way of monitoring this sort of thing mate, although it doesn`t seem to apply to Schniedrefraud for some reason

Not even with Schneiderlein. He is just extremely mentally weak and shirks responsibiity. He's one of many too.

Agree that most of the team are absolutely pants at the moment. Lack of effort, poor performances and a general malaise is destroying the team.

A good kick in lower regions might wake them up. I think underneath all the gloom we have the makings of a decent squad we just need the coaching team to also wake up and do what needs to be done.
