You might be right, but although he has talent, I have always thought he can go missing, or lacks that arrogance that top players have. Never met him, so might be bobbins, just what he conveys on the pitch to me.

I hope they keep Coutinho, all hype, no end product. One of the most overrated player sin the prem, made the team of the season with 4 assists and 4 goals in a whole season. Hell have one good game the disappear for 2 months. His stats for this season are nowhere near the other top player sin his position which is precisely why he's still at Liverpool and is why he cannot hold down a spot in the national team. Barcelona might buy him just to keep Neymar happy but he's not walking into any top side any time soon. Would be just like Liverpool to con someone out of 40 mill for him then go and land a good player.

I could see barcelona looking at him and thinking he can do a job servicing Suarez in the absence of messi. (Not as a replacement, obviously)

His vision and passing is very good.

Aye, maybe. Cant see them lobbing Suarez type cash at them though. He aint top draw imo. Decent, sure, but miles off what the kopites would have us believe.

Yeah when he turns up it is. Currently though he's front and centre in a team that are one of the lowest scorers in the league and have not beaten anyone for a while. Talented, yes, consistent, nowhere near the required level. Players get overhyped now, he's absolutely nowhere near a pre-injury Arteta was for us yet you'd think he was the new Kaka or something the way they go on about him, a player who gets a handful of goals and assists a season.
