ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I actually don't know how he can expect to get away with that. He is bringing the game into disrepute.

I think VAR has always had big problems but for a professional footballer to come out and cry out that there is cheating going on at such a level is beyond what is acceptable. I would hope that he received a lengthy ban that reflects the severity of his comments.
I think he should be banned for as long as VAR is in place..... LOL.

Hasn't she got some ironing to do...

I try to give a bit of grace because she obviously shops at Waitrose, has never done a days hard graft and the only blisters she's had are from an undubbed saddle, but there isn't a word big enough to highlight the irony in what that knboend says.
She does have ironing and she'll probably take her anger out on the the poor girl 'wot does for her'.

Where is this from mate?

He is very injury prone, and I don't see him lasting 2 games per week for any period. Probably the same for Gomez.

In the media today, think the scan came back fine but he’s a doubt for whether he starts on Wednesday. Your point stands though, he won’t be playing 3 games a week like Van Dijk was. It’s fine though because FSG are going to buy them Upemacano or Koulibaly in January if you believe most of the pundits on Sunday. Just before Mbappe in the summer obviously.

They’re still crying, utterly beautiful start to the week

Oh I had a lovely day in the nets, they kept pitching up their accusations, their disgust, their anger, and I just batted them away with ease, didn't even try, so much ammunition to hurl back...
I wish I'd recorded it, a beautiful sight, a neutral Stoke fan enjoyed the display, even joined in at one point.

In all seriousness will be interesting to see how they set up now. Previously when they built from the back the two full backs would just bomb forward and Van Dijk would float a ridiculous cross field ball to them. Opposition teams just didn’t even bother pressing Van Dijk and their midfielders could already start the forward press.

Now unless Gomez or Matip finds a passing range they’ve never displayed before, the fullbacks or midfielders are going to have to drop deeper to pick the ball up. Opposition attackers might fancy pressing them more and the Liverpool midfield can’t press as much if they think the ball might be given away .

Welcome to the problems all other teams have to get around when you can’t play your first 11 every single game three games a week for 2 years in a row.
