I would say he would stand on the pitch in the place of a referee, he never actually did it. One of the worst I've ever seen. I remember a game v City where he was particularly awful.

Heard it all now. After Anfield was unceremoniously rejected in favour of our ground for Euro 2028, the actual reason for it was not because the place doesn't fit UEFA requirements (and ugly), it's because according to loads of deluded reds on social media they won't let the S*n newspaper in come the tournament and we will.
