ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Didn’t many predict that as it was a WC year, and that anti-doping testing is increased, that the mighty peds wouldn’t be as good this season due to the lack of salbutamol and kloppozade flowing through the veins of the weeeerrrrllldddd class tricky reds? The silence from the media is deafening….

How else can you explain them going from the quad that never was (but still going deep in all competitions) with minimal changes to the starting line up every match and few injuries, to this current form and performance of their big names, and the niggling injuries that they now seem to be picking up?

The entitlement is unreal. I wish I was ‘depressed’ about Everton only challenging for top four. I can’t wait for Klopp to go and for them to jump back on the false messiah manager merry-go-round, it’ll be wonderful.
He’s a massive bell end but they’re nothing once Klopp’s gone.

The way he says it, it sounds like he is truly in pain, so there are a few possibilities.

1: As mentioned, he is depressed and something else in his life is making him depressed or even worse actually suffering from clinical depression and projecting it onto the football.
2: He is not that pained but just a little sad that they lost a game, and just hamming it up for his 'followers'.
3: He actually doesn't care that much (well he may care but like the majority of the population see football as a sideshow in the game of life and he lives a good and contented life away from the fanatical support during the 90 minutes once/twice a week), but is a very astute individual who knows his audience and any overacting and hyperbole is something that they just don't see.

I am going for a mixture of 2 and 3.

I think you’re right, 2 and 3 with a healthy dose of ‘4. He’s a bell end’ thrown in for good measure

They won't. A rule will be invented to ensure they get in.
They will get in via the rule that will be published on the day they mathematically can't get top. Special dispensation rule 2023.
Automatic qualification for the uefa champions league will be awarded to teams with Scottish defenders who were on the new year's honours list.
