Dyche should have done Frank’s team talk for him

UltraVires

Player Valuation: £8m
Last night he said that he told his team that our lot don’t look like they can win a game. It is one thing for him to say it behind closed doors but another that he feels confident enough to say it publicly.

It’s probably that Dyche is playing a bit of mind games with us by saying that but if our players have even an ounce of professional pride, it should have the opposite impact.

Those players should be going all out to get some results so they can stand there at the end of the season and say “we knew Dyche was a poor manager who was living on borrowed time in the PL”

Lampard could tell them all that to get some fire in them.

But I think what may work better is telling these cowards...

"Look at the fixtures, theres only a tiny chance we'll get enough points to stay up. Lets go out there as if weve got nothing to lose and really go after these teams...then at the end of the season, lets see where we are".

Please add a poll mate which at least one option somehow blaming the fans.

The players will be transfer listed and the club will be in the Championship.

I think last night we saw about as much fight as this group of players are able to give. They just don't have enough fight, quality, passion, cohesion or concentration to get through a full 90 minutes without throwing away any good work they might manage to do. I'm 100% resigned to relegation but it's not going to make the next 9 games any easier to watch. These are painful times for Evertonians.

Just tell them that anyone who doesn't want to play can stay home for the rest of the season on full wages and be sold in the summer.

They need to find the fire in themselves if they don't have it let them netflix and chill or play FIFA or whatever it is multi millionaires do nowadays.

Pin Dyche's words on the dressing room wall. If this doesn't motivate them to make him suffer relegation as we stay up then nothing will.
