Dunc's Chance to Shine

Nowhere near as bad as some are making this out to be. He's a very highly rated coach. Lots of clubs have coaches that stay on the staff through various managers. Brian Kidd being one example.

Duncan can leave Everton feeling that we owe him nothing and content that he is were he is now.
Returned to our club after years of exile, bankrupt and no one else would touch him.
We have given him 11 years of earnings and put him back on the map.
We owe him nothing, and I think he appreciates that.

Surprised and a little disappointed. Not that Ferguson is staying, but that he is happy just to be at the club. Wonder if he'd be willing to be tea lady?

It's really odd. Happy to be cuckold by each manager and the board, just nods along as accepts his place.

A man with so little ambition, why do we want him to stick around? (continued below)

Bin off Denise's fella fatty and give him the 23's. Put a proper plan in place for him and Leighton to execute. Playing the same way as how lampard decides the first team are gonna play. Get the likes of dobbin, Warrington, onyango out on loan earlier if needed.

This is the only sensible role for him. Unsworth has (in my opinion) consistently underperformed.

His special friend should let her feelings cloud her judgement. One would hope if Cahill comes on board they'll have some frank discussions.

Big Dunc bleeds blue...he 'gets us' and he is family. He will never leave Everton. I see Seamus joining him (and probably Jonjo Kenny as well). All three are winners and would make a fabulous management trio. Blue Bill would blubber with pride seeing his 'children' achieving such heights...and Blue Chrimbos will be fab!

Tired of ex players staying with the club, need fresh faces and ideas. Can't they go and buy a pub some where?

Ferguson needs to go and test himself elsewhere.

He wants the Everton job, that's his dream apparently but he's got zero desire to actually earn it?

He could be a fantastic manager, he could be awful but he needs to find out and he's not getting the gig here is he?

He'd be doing a the club a much bigger favour by going out and becoming a manager that can maybe one day lead this club rather than staying and putting the cones out to Frank Lampards instruction.

He’s agreed a coaching role under Lampard.

Says that he would love to be Everton manager one day but never will be if he doesn't leave and prove himself somewhere. Accepts Lampards offer to put out the cones. He doesn't actually want to be Everton manager one day does he
